bulletThe version and build number of the SalesPro software you are running.
bulletThe version of your MS Windows Operating system
bulletA description of your issue, and any steps that maybe used to re-create it.
bulletWrite down any error message or take a screen shot of it.
bulletIf this is a word document issue, please have the version of MS Word you are using.
