Self-Paced Training
Self-Paced Training can be accessed via the
internet. It is available 24/7 to all new users and
is included in the cost of our product. Self-Paced
Training is intended to “jump start” the team in
getting started with the basic functionality of
hotel SalesPro.
Webinars
hotel SalesPro offers both Live and Recorded
Webinars that utilize the latest web technology to
provide the most cost effective and time efficient
training tool available. Users can train right from
their desk and apply what they have learned
immediately! Sessions are approximately 60 minutes
in duration and are available to all users at no
additional cost. Participants can interact with
each other and the Trainer, and can save or print
outlines of class content for their reference.
All that is needed to participate is a
computer with internet access and long distance
phone service. Participation in the Live Webinars is
tracked per user registration.
On-Site Training
Face to Face – 3 day minimum
Some teams find that having a Trainer visit their
property is a more effective way to finalize the
training process. On-Site Training is conducted by
our certified trainers, who provide not only
training but also specialized team consulting.
Training days are scheduled for a maximum 6 hours
each day. Scheduling more hours per day is not
recommended.
On-site training is priced per day. Additional
expenses include travel, transportation, meals,
lodging, internet, and/or class materials and will
be billed to the site.

Full service hotels with more
than 2,000 square feet of meeting space:
We recommend a minimum of 3-5 days. The number
of days is also contingent on the size of the
team and the complexity of the Catering
Operations. Training will include detailed
comprehensive information on Product
Orientation, system usage for Sales and
Catering, contract development, reporting, and
the creation of customized templates.

For focus feature hotels with
sleeping rooms and minimal meeting space:
We recommend a minimum of 2-3
days. Training will include detailed
comprehensive information on Product
Orientation, system usage for Sales and
Catering, contract development, reporting, and
the creation of customized templates.
